INVITATIONDANCE & WELLNESS
Move more. Age less.
Health coaching and movement for men who want to feel strong, confident and fit.
THE APPROACH
Enjoy the benefits of social dancing without the traditional dance-studio experience.
Ballroom dance has proven time and again to have profound effects on our physical, mental and emotional well-being. From the physical act of moving our bodies through patterns, to the cognitive demands required for coordination and rhythm, to the soothing effects of listening to beautiful music, there are many ways in which social dancing can enhance our lives.
Sessions are virtual and can be combined with traditional health coaching to improve diet, exercise, nutrition and stress to address all aspects of your well-being. Session combine short lessons with yoga, stretching, breathing and movement exercises that keep your cardiovascular system working and your body moving through its full range of motion.
